// What we deliver
Four stages, agreed before we start.
Discovery & UX
We work out the one thing the site has to do, whether that is a booking, a quote request or a walk-in, then build the sitemap and wireframes around getting people there in as few steps as possible.
02Visual Design
A design system drawn from your brand, tested with your own photography and prices in place. Heritage businesses in particular suffer from stock imagery, so we would rather shoot a Tuesday afternoon than ship something generic.
03Development
Hand-coded templates with no page builder underneath. That means a site that loads fast on a phone in a village with two bars of signal, and one that stays cheap to change in two years' time.
04Launch & SEO
Local schema, redirects, sitemap and analytics all in place before go-live, with your address, opening hours and service area marked up so Google reads them correctly from day one.
// Selected work
Three small businesses,three real builds.
Mr Pest Killer
A pest control firm with a new domain and no visibility. We built eight dedicated service pages, each aimed at its own local search set, and surfaced the company's real customer rating as trust proof throughout the site.
Math Tutor
An online tutoring service running on a generic template with cluttered navigation and no visual identity of its own, so it never asked for the enrolment. A trust-led redesign, a fast WordPress build and on-page work aimed at high-intent maths searches, delivered as one project.
Zap It Pest Control
The same local search playbook run a second time for a different operator: a search-first rebuild, a full content rewrite and technical SEO, aimed squarely at people searching with a problem in the house right now.
// Pricing
What a Stirling website actually costs.
Everything we build starts at £2,500, and you are told the final figure before anyone opens a design file. For most Stirling briefs, a shop, a practice, a guesthouse or a trade, that covers the whole project.
Costs climb for specific reasons, all of which we name in the quote: a booking engine, an online shop, a large menu or product range, or content in more than one language. What never appears is an hourly rate, a change-request fee for work that was always part of the brief, or a discovery invoice before you have decided anything.
The comparison most people here are making is against a pay monthly package. Those deals keep a business online cheaply, and for a first year of trading that can be sensible. They also mean the site is rented, so ten years of payments leave you with nothing to take elsewhere. A build from us is yours the day it launches. Tell us the brief and book a call, or read the detail first on our pricing page.
// Where we work
The rest of our city pages.
// Working together
Half an hour down the M80.
Delivix is a Glasgow studio and there is no Stirling branch behind this page. What there is instead is a short drive, which makes in-person work realistic here in a way it is not for clients further north. If you want the kickoff around your own table, or someone standing beside you when the new site goes live during a busy weekend, that is a straightforward ask.
The numbers above show a small search pool for web design in Stirling, and the same is true of most trades in the area. That shapes how we build. When only a handful of people search for what you do each week, the job is to convert a much higher share of them, so the work goes into clarity, speed and the path to an enquiry rather than into chasing traffic that does not exist.
Everything else is the same service we run everywhere: hand-coded builds, technical SEO shipped with the site, care plans afterwards if you want them, and two senior people answerable for the result. Comparing across Scotland before you commit? We publish the same breakdown for web design in Falkirk next door, web design in Aberdeen and web design in Dundee, and the full picture is on our web design page.

// Why Delivix
Five reasons Stirling businesses pick us.
- A price you can plan around. One fixed figure, agreed in writing, before any work starts.
- Senior hands only. Two brothers build every site personally, so there is no junior learning on your project.
- Built for a small market. In a city this size the site has to convert the few, which changes how we design it.
- Close enough to visit. Half an hour from the studio, so face to face is a normal request rather than a special occasion.
- Yours at launch. Code, content and hosting handed over, with maintenance available rather than compulsory.
// Our process
How we work
Brief & Plan
One call covers what you sell, who buys it and what a good month looks like. We check who is currently ranking for your Stirling terms, then send a sitemap, wireframes and a dated schedule. Design begins once you have approved all of it.
Design & Sign-off
You see a design system first, then real templates in your own browser with your own prices, photos and words in them. Each is signed off before the next starts, and we add a CMS wherever you will want to change things yourself.
Launch & Handover
We launch with local schema, redirects, sitemaps and analytics in place, then check Search Console through the opening weeks. You get documentation, logins and a short walkthrough, plus a care plan from £99 a month if you would rather not think about it again.
Questions we always get.
The other questions are answered on the brief. Fill it in or book a call.
Ours start at £2,500 for a custom build, fixed before the work begins. For a guesthouse, a practice or a shop that needs five to ten strong pages, that is usually the whole cost. Bookings, online ordering or a large product range push it up, and we say by how much at quote stage rather than discovering it halfway through. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Four to eight weeks for the vast majority of projects. Smaller Stirling sites often land closer to four because there is less content to gather and fewer people who need to approve it. You get dated milestones at the start, and you sign off structure, design and each template in turn, so you always know which week you are in and what is next.
No. We work from 119 Whitefield Road in Glasgow G51 2SD, roughly half an hour down the M80, which makes Stirling one of the easier places for us to visit. Kickoffs, reviews and launch meetings can happen at your premises when you want them face to face. The rest runs over calls and shared screens, with the same two people on it throughout.
Footfall and word of mouth still bring people in, and the website is what they check before they commit. Opening hours, prices, parking, whether you take dogs, whether you can seat a party of nine: those answers decide the booking. A site that loads in a second on a phone halfway up Broad Street will convert more of that traffic than a slow one with better photography.
Sometimes not, and we will tell you when. In a small market the win is converting a higher share of the people already looking, which is a design and content problem before it is a ranking one. Get the offer, the prices and the enquiry route right and a hundred visitors a month can keep a diary full. We build the technical foundations into every site anyway, then you decide whether an SEO retainer from £1,200 a month makes commercial sense.
Yes. We wire in booking systems, enquiry forms with routing, deposits and full e-commerce depending on what you sell. A B&B in Bridge of Allan and a food producer shipping nationwide need very different setups, so we work out which one earns its keep for you before building it rather than adding every feature on the list.
Saad and Sheikh, two brothers, do everything personally. No juniors, no account managers, no offshoring. At launch you own the code, the content and the hosting outright. Most clients keep us on a care plan from £99 a month for updates, backups and small changes, and the ones who prefer to manage it themselves get full documentation and a clean handover.
Yes, and our case studies are the honest version, with the brief and the numbers rather than a wall of screenshots. Mr Pest Killer is a service business we took into local search from a standing start. Math Tutor is a small education business rebuilt around enrolment enquiries. Both are the same size of company as most Stirling briefs.
