How we work

Planning & Analysis
We start with a call and a short brief on your goals, audience, competitors and the features you need. Then we map the sitemap, plan the theme and plugins, and send a dated milestone plan with a fixed price. You approve it before development starts.

Design & Development
We design the interface and code it as a fast, accessible, responsive WordPress theme. We write any custom plugins and set up WooCommerce if you sell online. You review working pages and approve each template, and your team gets an editor for content updates.

Testing, Launch & Scale
We test on a range of devices and check every link, plugin and redirect. We launch with schema, sitemaps, analytics and passing Core Web Vitals. We watch Search Console for the first weeks, then hand over the site. A care plan is available if you want us to look after it.
