Research & Analysis
A call and a short brief come first: your goals, your audience and the actions users need to take. Then we research user behaviour, build profiles and map journeys. You approve the information architecture and a dated milestone plan before design starts.

Design & Implementation
We move from wireframes and prototypes to the visual design, inside a Figma design system with responsive layouts from 320px. You review working prototypes and approve each screen. Then we pass the design to your developers, or we build it ourselves.

Testing & Optimisation
After launch we run A/B tests, record heatmaps and read the analytics. We use the data to remove friction and improve conversions. The interface keeps improving after launch, and your team can manage it.

We design in Figma. We build on Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Magento, and we hand-code front ends. We use custom Shopify themes for e-commerce and WordPress for content-heavy sites. We choose the platform that fits your goals and the system you run day to day.
Most UX/UI design projects in Glasgow take 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. A focused interface takes about three weeks. Larger products with a full design system and prototypes take longer. We set dated milestones at kickoff, and you sign off each stage before the next one starts.
No. Our studio is on Whitefield Road in Glasgow G51, and we work with clients across Scotland, the UK and abroad. Local clients are welcome to meet in person. We run other projects remotely, with the same designers from research to the finished interface.
