// Service · Paisley
Paisley web design, no templates.
Custom websites for Paisley and Renfrewshire firms from £2,500 fixed. Designed and coded by two senior brothers in a Glasgow studio a few miles away.

// What we deliver
What the fixed fee actually buys.
A structure of your own
The sitemap comes out of what you sell and who buys it, so a firm with one service and a firm with nine end up shaped differently. This is the part a bought theme cannot give you, because its structure was decided before anyone had heard of your business.
02A design system
Type scale, spacing, colour and components, all drawn from your brand and documented. It is what stops page nine looking like a different company from page two, and it is what makes adding page ten cheap in a year's time.
03Code somebody wrote
Semantic markup, hand-written templates and no page builder underneath, so the markup stays close to what the page actually needs. The practical result is a site that stays quick on a mid-range phone and does not need a plugin bought every time you want a change.
04Search work, during
Schema, URL structure, redirects from every old address, Core Web Vitals and local markup all go in while the site is being built. Doing it afterwards costs more and recovers less, which is why it is not a separate line on the invoice.
05The keys at the end
Code, content, hosting and documentation are handed over on launch day. Carry on with us on a care plan, or take the whole thing to another developer next month with everything they need to run it.

9Particle
A platform that had aged into something slow and awkward, rebuilt across the interface and the server stack. A hardened responsive build plus a performance pass left engagement measurably higher afterwards.
UK Visa Assistance
An advisory firm with dozens of distinct services and nowhere sensible to put them. We researched, wrote and built the entire site ourselves, giving each visa route its own properly structured page.
Zap It Pest Control
A search-first rebuild for an operator with a strong reputation and almost no organic demand. New WordPress build, a full content rewrite and technical SEO, all pointed at people searching with an urgent problem.
// Pricing
What you pay, and what moves it.
Delivix builds open at £2,500. That covers the design, the hand-coded development and the technical search work, quoted as a single figure once we understand the brief.
Three things move that number, and none of them is a surprise. Selling online brings catalogue structure, checkout logic and stock handling. A CMS your own staff will use every week needs building and documenting properly. Integrations with systems you already run take real time to wire and test. Anything outside those tends to be page count, which is the cheapest kind of growth.
Renfrewshire has options at every price point, so compare like for like: ask what the site is built on, who writes the code, and whether search is inside the price or sold afterwards. Then book a call and we will quote your brief properly. The structure behind our numbers is on the pricing page.
// Working together
Close enough to knock on the door.
Delivix has no Paisley office, but the studio on Whitefield Road is near enough that distance stops being a factor. In-person kickoffs, review sessions and launch mornings are all easy to arrange here, which is not something we can promise clients at the other end of the country.
That proximity changes the working rhythm more than the deliverables. Decisions that would take a week of email get settled in an hour around a table, and a site carrying orders on launch day can have someone in the room. Everything else still runs on shared files and preview links, because that is genuinely the faster way to review a design.
The offer itself is the same one we run everywhere: two senior brothers, no juniors, no offshoring, and a fixed price agreed before the work starts. Search work continues on an SEO retainer if you want it, care plans cover the site afterwards, and our Glasgow web design page covers the city next door. Down in Ayrshire we publish the same detail for web design in Ayr, and every location sits on our web design in Scotland page. The service itself is described in full on our web design page.

// Why Delivix
Five things Paisley clients rely on.
- A studio you can drive to. Close enough that meeting in person is a normal part of the project rather than a special arrangement.
- Technical detail given proper pages. Capability, accreditation and specification belong on the site, not buried in a PDF nobody downloads.
- One fixed figure. No hourly billing, no discovery invoice, and no change-request charge for work that was always in the brief.
- Two senior people, both of them reachable directly. Whoever answers your first call is the one who ends up writing the code.
- A site that stays cheap to change. The design system and the hand-written templates are what make year three affordable.
// Our process
The project, week by week
Week one
One call, one written brief, and a look at whoever currently holds the Paisley and Renfrewshire searches you want. By Friday you have a sitemap, a set of wireframes and a schedule with real dates on it. Nothing is designed while any of those three is still under discussion.
Weeks two to five
The design system lands first and everything after it is built from those parts. Templates arrive on a preview link one at a time, carrying your own copy and photographs, and each is signed off before the next begins. If your team will be publishing without a developer, the CMS gets built and documented in this stretch too.
Launch week
Redirects, schema, sitemaps and analytics are in place before the domain moves, not after. We watch Search Console daily through the fortnight that follows, hand over the code, the logins and a walkthrough, and leave the care plan as an option at £99 a month rather than a condition.
Questions we always get.
The other questions are answered on the brief. Fill it in or book a call.
Custom builds here open at £2,500, written down as a single figure once we understand the brief. A trade, a clinic or a shop wanting eight to ten strong pages usually lands close to that floor. A catalogue, a booking engine or a members area sits above it, and we say by how much before you commit rather than partway through the work.
For a placeholder while you find out whether the business works, a template is a fair call. It stops working once the site has to beat the firm ranking above you, because a shared theme gives you the same structure and the same speed as everyone else who bought it. A custom build is where the difference shows, and it belongs to you afterwards.
Four to eight weeks for the large majority. Being close by tends to speed things up, because a stalled decision gets resolved over a coffee instead of a fortnight of emails. You get dated milestones at kickoff and sign off structure, then design, then each template, so you always know what week the project is in.
No, and we are not going to invent an address. Delivix works from 119 Whitefield Road, Glasgow G51 2SD, a short drive east of the town. That closeness is real and it is useful: kickoffs, reviews and launch mornings at your own premises are straightforward to arrange rather than something we charge extra to consider.
Yes. Renfrewshire carries a lot of aerospace and advanced manufacturing work, and those websites have a different job from a retail site. A procurement reader wants capability, tolerances, accreditation and a route to a technical contact, all findable without a phone call. We build that structure rather than hiding the detail behind a brochure download.
Search gets what it needs on day one: local schema, coverage area described in markup, Core Web Vitals in the green, and copy aimed at the phrases Renfrewshire customers actually use. A redirect map carries over anything you already rank for. Climbing further afterwards means a monthly SEO retainer starting at £1,200, added when the sums work.
Yes, and plenty do. Where your team needs to publish regularly we build WordPress with a custom theme and no page builder, then hand over documentation, logins and a short walkthrough. For anyone who would rather delegate it, £99 a month buys updates, backups, security patching and small content edits on a rolling plan.
Our case studies show the brief, the decisions and the outcome for each project. 9Particle is a supply chain platform rebuilt front to back. UK Visa Assistance is an 82 page professional services site we designed, wrote and shipped. There is also a longer guide to hiring a web designer in Paisley.
