AI customer service for your business
An AI assistant on your website answers customer questions day and night, using your own information, and passes anything tricky to you. From £200 a month.
// In plain English
What AI customer service is.
AI customer service is a computer program that answers your customers' questions in writing. Most often it is a small chat window in the corner of your website. A customer types a question and gets an answer straight away, at any time of day.
You decide what it knows. We give it your prices, your delivery and returns rules, your opening hours and the questions customers ask you most. It answers from that information. When it cannot help, it takes the customer's details and sends the conversation to you.
An example
Say you sell handmade candles online. At 11pm a customer is about to buy a gift and asks: "If I order tonight, will it arrive by Saturday?"
Today, that customer waits until you read your messages the next morning, and may buy somewhere else. With an AI assistant, they get an answer in seconds: "Orders placed before 2pm on Thursday arrive by Saturday with standard delivery." They place the order.
The next customer asks for a refund on a broken candle. The assistant takes their name, email and order number, tells them you will reply within a working day, and sends you the details. You deal with the refund yourself.

What it does for your customers.
Answers at any time
It replies in seconds, at any hour, including evenings and weekends when you are not checking messages.
Uses your own information
It answers from what you give us: your website pages, prices, delivery and returns rules, opening hours and common questions.
Passes tricky messages to you
When a question needs a person, such as a complaint or a refund, it takes the customer's details and sends you the whole conversation.
Collects enquiries
When someone wants a quote or a call back, it asks for their name, contact details and what they need, and emails them to you.
Books appointments
If you use an online calendar, such as Google Calendar or Outlook, it can offer customers your free slots and book them in.
Shows you every conversation
You can read what customers asked and how it answered. Those questions also show you what to add to your website.
// Our process
How we set it up for you.
We gather your information
We have a call with you and collect what the assistant needs to know: your services, prices, policies, opening hours and the questions customers ask most.
We build and test it
We set up the assistant with your information. You try it yourself, ask it awkward questions and tell us what to change. It goes live when you are happy.
We add it to your website
We add the chat button to your site and check that it works on phones and computers. You do not need to change anything on your website yourself.
We check it every month
We read the conversations, correct any wrong answers and add new information. If your prices or policies change, tell us and we update it.
// Before you buy
What it cannot do
An AI assistant handles everyday questions well. Some messages still need you. Here is what to expect.
- It is only as good as your information. If your delivery times change and nobody tells it, it gives the old answer. Tell us when something changes and we update it.
- It only knows what you tell it. If a customer asks something we have not given it an answer for, it takes their details and passes the question to you.
- It does not make decisions for you. Refunds, complaints and special requests go to you. It collects the details so you can reply quickly.
- Some customers want a person. When a customer asks for a person, it takes their name and email and sends you the conversation.
// Price
What it costs
A chat assistant on your website costs £200 a month, with a minimum term of 6 months. Setup is included.
If you want it to do more, such as book appointments, draft replies to your emails or look up orders in your shop system, we quote that after a short call. Our AI automation page explains the other jobs the plan can cover, and our pricing page lists every plan.
If most of your customers phone rather than type, an AI receptionist answers your calls in the same way. If you are not sure where AI would help your business most, start with our AI consultancy. When you are ready to talk, contact us.
Questions we always get.
The other questions are answered on the brief. Fill it in or book a call.
AI customer service is a computer program that answers your customers' questions for you. The most common kind is a chat window on your website. A customer types a question, such as "Do you deliver to Inverness?", and the assistant replies straight away using information you have given it.
Yes. The chat window says it is an AI assistant for your business. Customers who want a person can leave their name and email, and the assistant sends you the conversation so you can reply.
It answers from the information you give us, so most wrong answers come from out-of-date information. You can read every conversation. If you spot a wrong answer, tell us and we correct it. We also read the conversations each month and fix anything it got wrong.
A chat assistant on your website costs £200 a month, with setup included and a minimum term of 6 months. If you also want it to book appointments, help with your email inbox or connect to your other systems, we quote that after a short call.
In most cases, yes. We add a small chat button to your site. It works on WordPress, Shopify and most other website platforms. If your site is unusual, we check it on our first call.
An AI receptionist answers phone calls with a voice. AI customer service answers written messages, such as the chat window on your website. Some businesses use both. The chat assistant costs £200 a month, and we quote the receptionist after a short call.
