AI consultancy for small businesses
AI consultants in Glasgow for small businesses: we look at how you work and show you where AI saves time, which tools to use and what they cost.
// In plain English
What AI consultancy is.
AI consultancy is advice from people who know the AI tools, before you spend money on them. There are hundreds of AI products, and most of them promise to save you time. Some will. Many will not suit the way your business works.
We look at how your business runs day to day, find the jobs that take your team the most time, and work out which of them AI can do or speed up. Then we tell you which tools to use, what they cost and where AI is not worth it. We are based in Glasgow and work with small businesses across the UK, in person or by video call.
An example
Say you run an accountancy practice with six staff. Everyone feels busy, and you have heard AI can help, but you do not know where to start.
We talk to you and your team and list the jobs that eat the most hours. Two stand out: typing figures from clients' receipts into your bookkeeping software, and answering the same client emails about deadlines. We show you a tool that reads receipts and fills in the figures, and a way to draft the deadline emails automatically for your team to check and send.
We also tell you to leave tax advice and client meetings exactly as they are. You get a written plan with the costs of each tool and the order to set them up.
// What we deliver
What you get from us.
A list of your time-consuming jobs
We talk to you and your team and write down the tasks that take the most hours each week, and how often they happen.
Where AI helps, and where it does not
For each job, we tell you whether AI can do it, speed it up or should be left alone, and why.
Tool recommendations with costs
We name the tools that fit your business and the software you already use, with their monthly costs.
A plan in the right order
We put the changes in order, starting with the ones that save the most time for the least cost and effort.
Plain explanations
We show each tool working on your own examples, so you understand what it does before you pay for it.
Help to carry it out
You can follow the plan yourself. If you want help, we can set the tools up and run them for you.
// Our process
How it works
A short call
We talk about your business, your team and what takes up your time. We agree which parts of the business to look at and give you a price.
We look at how you work
We speak to the people who do the work and look at the tasks, emails and software involved. This shows us where the time goes.
You get a written plan
We send you a plan in plain words: the jobs to change, the tools to use, what they cost and the order to do them in. Then we talk it through with you.
You decide what happens next
You can carry out the plan yourself, or ask us to set it up for you.
// Good to know
When AI is not worth it.
Part of our job is to tell you when to leave things alone. AI is usually not worth paying for when:
- The job is rare. If a task happens once a month, setting up a tool for it costs more time than it saves.
- The job needs experience and judgement. Advice to clients, pricing difficult work and decisions about people still need a person.
- A mistake would be costly. AI tools make mistakes. Where an error would cost you money or a client, a person should check every result, which reduces the time saved.
- A simpler fix exists. Sometimes a better template, a shared calendar or a clear process saves more time than any AI tool. If so, we tell you.
// Price
What it costs
We quote a price after a short call, based on the size of your team and how many parts of the business we look at. You know the price before we start.
If you want us to set up what the plan recommends, we can do that too. A chatbot on your website, which we call AI customer service, costs £200 a month. We quote an AI receptionist and other AI automation jobs after a short call. Larger custom tools are part of our AI development work and are quoted per project.

Questions we always get.
The other questions are answered on the brief. Fill it in or book a call.
An AI consultant looks at how your business works and tells you where AI tools can save time or money. They also tell you where AI will not help. A good consultant explains the options in plain words, gives you the costs and leaves you with a plan you can act on.
We quote a price after a short call, based on the size of your team and how many parts of the business we look at. You know the price before we start. If you then ask us to build something from the plan, we quote that separately.
No. We explain each tool in plain words and show you what it does with your own work before we recommend it.
Often, for the right jobs. AI helps most with tasks that happen many times a week and follow the same pattern, such as answering the same questions, typing up notes or sorting emails. It helps least with rare tasks and decisions that need experience. The consultancy tells you which of your jobs fall into each group.
