// Service · Falkirk
Falkirk web design, one fixed price.
Web design for Falkirk and Grangemouth businesses from £2,500. Hand-coded, fast and search-ready in four to eight weeks, from a senior pair in Glasgow.
// Falkirk in numbers
The Falkirk market · in real figures.
// What we deliver
The five parts an industrial site needs.
Capability pages
One page per discipline, written in the vocabulary a specifier already uses rather than the vocabulary your marketing deck uses. Tonnages, tolerances, materials, shift patterns and site access all belong here. A buyer should be able to rule you in or out without picking up a phone.
02Evidence of work done
Projects listed with a sector, a scale and a duration against them tell a buyer more than a wall of client logos. Where a client will not be named, the shape of the job can still be described. It is worth keeping current, because an evidence page whose newest project is years old dates the whole site.
03Accreditation on the page
Certification numbers, issuing body and renewal dates, sitting where a buyer looks rather than inside a PDF pack. If a scheme membership lapses, an editable page means it comes down the same afternoon instead of embarrassing you in a tender six weeks later.
04Tenders and vacancies
The two areas that rot fastest, because both are time-bound and both are usually bolted on last. We build them as proper templates with expiry handling, so an old notice stops being the first thing a visitor finds.
05A contact route that fits
A purchase agreed over four months does not start with a single generic enquiry box. Named contacts by discipline, a direct line, and a form that asks the two questions worth asking beat one field marked Message.
// Selected work
Three engagements,measured afterwards.
9Particle
Track and trace software that had stopped feeling modern to the people using it daily. A year of work took it from the interface through to the server stack, and the users stayed in it longer once they arrived.
First Digital Media
Their own website was losing them work they had already earned through referral. Everything came apart and went back together on WordPress, with measurement wired in from the start, and half again as many visitors converted.
Research Prospect
Proof that a search position can be taken from an incumbent, but only slowly. Technical repair, topical structure and publishing ran side by side month after month until the numbers turned.
// Pricing
The number, and what drives it.
Delivix projects begin at £2,500. That covers design, hand-coded development and the technical search work, priced as one figure that does not drift between kickoff and the final invoice.
Depth is what raises it here more often than page count. A firm running three divisions with separate audiences needs three coherent routes through the site rather than one compromise. Document libraries, gated downloads, tender information and a CMS your own staff will use all add real build hours, and each appears as its own line in the quote.
One thing worth pricing honestly is the cost of a site nobody can update. Where every certificate change needs a developer booked first, our experience is that the certificates stop being changed. Whatever the budget comes to, we would put part of it into making the site editable by the people who know when a fact has gone out of date. For a figure on your own brief, book a call, or read how we structure costs on the pricing page.
// Working together
Under an hour from the studio.
There is no Falkirk branch behind this page. Delivix is two brothers working from 119 Whitefield Road in Glasgow, close enough that coming to you is a small decision rather than a budget item to defend.
Being nearby matters most at two moments. The first is the kickoff, where several people from operations, sales and IT usually need to agree the same thing at the same time. The second is launch day for a site that handles enquiries or orders, when having someone present is worth more than a phone number. The rest of the project moves faster over shared files and preview links.
The service does not change with the postcode. Builds are hand-coded, search work is shipped inside the project, care plans are available once the site is live, and the same two people carry responsibility for how it performs. Our nearest neighbour page covers web design in Stirling, our web development service picks up anything more complex than a marketing site, and every location we cover is listed on the web design in Scotland page, and the offer in full sits on our web design page.

// Why Delivix
Five reasons the work lands here.
- Technical buyers taken seriously. Capability, capacity and compliance get proper pages instead of a paragraph and a download link.
- A fixed figure agreed before anyone opens a design file, with every driver of that figure named in the quote.
- Close enough to attend. Under an hour from the studio, so in-person kickoffs and launch days are simple to arrange.
- Editable where it matters. The facts that go stale, certificates, tenders, vacancies, sit behind a CMS your own team controls.
- Handed over completely. Code, content and hosting are yours at launch, whether or not you keep us on afterwards.
// Our process
Where these projects go wrong
Designing for the wrong reader
A costly mistake on an industrial site is building it for the person who commissioned it rather than the person who buys from it. The first call is spent working out who signs off a purchase, what they check first, and which of your service lines genuinely produces enquiries, because everything downstream is drawn from that answer.
Approving a picture instead of a page
Flat mockups hide the problems that matter: how a specification table behaves on a phone, what forty project entries look like in a list, whether the accreditation strip still reads at arm's length. So you approve working templates on a preview link from your own device, not images of them. A wrong call surfaces in week two, when it costs an afternoon.
Losing the rankings during the switch
A rebuild can quietly cost a firm the positions it took years to earn, and the loss usually shows up a month later when nobody is watching. Every old address is mapped to its replacement before the change, structured data and analytics go in ahead of it rather than after, and Search Console is read daily for a fortnight afterwards.
Going stale by month six
A site that needs a developer for every small change stops being changed. Anything time-bound goes behind a CMS your own team can edit, the documentation explains where each thing lives, and a care plan from £99 a month is there if you would rather the upkeep stayed with us. Either way the code and hosting are yours from launch day.
Questions we always get.
The other questions are answered on the brief. Fill it in or book a call.
The floor is £2,500 for a custom build, fixed in writing after one short call. A contractor or supplier with a clear set of services usually sits near it. A firm with several divisions, a downloadable technical library and a careers section that needs to stay current sits higher, and we break the difference down line by line at quote stage.
Four to eight weeks covers almost every brief. The pace is normally set by how quickly your side supplies content and sign-off, not by build time, so the kickoff plan names each thing we need and the week we need it. Small focused sites with the copy already written have launched inside four weeks.
No, and we would not claim to. Our studio is at 119 Whitefield Road, Glasgow G51 2SD, which puts Falkirk well under an hour away. That makes an in-person kickoff or a launch-day visit an easy thing to arrange. Day to day the work runs on calls, shared design files and preview links, with the same two people throughout.
Yes, and it is a brief we are comfortable with. These sites sell to informed buyers who want capability, capacity, compliance and a named contact, not persuasion. We give each of those its own space, keep certification visible rather than promised, and design a contact route that suits a purchase decision taken over months.
It helps as a starting point rather than a ceiling. A Falkirk page earns the searches happening on your doorstep, and the rest of the site is built to reach the wider corridor and beyond. Businesses trading along the M9 and into Stirlingshire usually need pages that name the areas they genuinely cover, which we plan at sitemap stage.
Protecting those positions is where the plan starts. Before anything changes we record what every existing page ranks for, then map each old address to its replacement and keep the titles and internal links that are earning those positions. Two weeks of daily Search Console checks follow the switch, so a slip is caught while it is still cheap to reverse.
Ask who touches the site in year two. Where a marketing or HR team is adding vacancies, tender notices and project write-ups most weeks, WordPress with a custom theme earns its keep. Where updates are occasional, a hand-coded Astro front end runs faster, costs less to host and has nothing to patch. We give you a recommendation with the reasoning attached.
In our case studies, which name the client and the numbers. 9Particle is a supply chain platform rebuilt from the interface down to the server stack. First Digital Media is a full rebuild that raised conversions by half. Both were engagements rather than concept pieces.
