Case study
UK Visa Assistance: an 80-page immigration services site
A full website build for a Glasgow immigration advisory firm: 82 pages across family, work and sponsor licence services, designed, written and shipped by Delivix, with early rankings already appearing in Google UK.
Overview
UK Visa Assistance is a Glasgow-based immigration services provider with over 15 years of experience across business, personal and family immigration. Their advisers handle everything from spouse visas and citizenship to Sponsor Licence applications and compliance for employers.
The firm needed a website that could match the breadth of that practice. Delivix designed and built ukvisaassistance.com end to end: information architecture, design system, copywriting for every visa route, and the WordPress build behind it.
The Challenge
UK immigration is a huge subject. The practice covers dozens of visa routes, each with its own rules, fees, timelines and audience, from a family in Glasgow sponsoring a spouse to an NHS board hiring overseas clinicians.
Each route needed its own accurate, plain-English page, and the whole site needed a structure a worried applicant could actually navigate. Immigration content also carries a duty of care: fees, processing times and eligibility rules had to be verified against current Home Office guidance.
- Dozens of distinct visa routes, each its own search market
- Fees, timelines and eligibility rules that had to be verified
- Audiences ranging from individual applicants to HR teams
The Solution
We organised the practice into three clear hubs: Individual and Family Immigration, Work Visas, and Sponsor Licences for employers. Under them we designed and wrote 42 flagship service pages covering every major route, from Skilled Worker and Global Talent visas to Further Leave to Remain and British citizenship, plus 30 community pages for the diaspora audiences the firm serves most.
The WordPress build uses a custom theme with a calm, editorial design: serif headlines, generous whitespace and fact boxes for fees and processing times. Every page carries structured data and interlinks to its related routes, the on-page foundation our SEO campaigns are built on.
- Three-hub architecture: family, work and sponsor licences
- 42 flagship visa pages plus 30 community pages, all written by Delivix
- Custom WordPress theme with fee fact boxes and structured data
The work we shipped
A calm, editorial site for a stressful subject
Immigration applicants arrive anxious. The design answers with clarity: a quiet palette, serif headlines, three obvious service hubs and the firm's phone number one tap away.
