ResearchProspect is one of the top online service providers of academic writing to students worldwide. Their main solutions include dissertations, essays, assignments, research proposals, and other types of academic writing. The education writing niche is competitive, and it can be hard to stay on top. Although ResearchProspect has excellent reviews, due to the changing Google algorithms, the brand struggled to keep up with the fluctuations. This was leading to lower online reach visibility.
Because of the challenges that the company was facing, ResearchProspect partnered with Delivix for digital marketing solutions. They wanted to increase their organic growth and use a new social media platform – YouTube, to expand their audience. The whole implementation stage took 12 months, in which we designed effective and practical plans for the company to improve their online presence.

Despite providing exceptional solutions to students, ResearchProspect struggled with digital challenges. One hurdle was low organic traffic, with their website plateauing at approximately 13,000 monthly visitors. This performance suggested untapped potential in their current strategy.
A deeper analysis revealed that some of their website content lacked EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles, which are important in search engine ranking. Because of the outdated content, the company failed to attract and retain both customers and search engine favour. Furthermore, the website also had keyword cannibalisation issues. There were different pages that targeted the same or closely related keywords. This diluted their search engine performance, as the pages competed against one another rather than contributing to growth.
Another challenge was that they were not using their YouTube channel to its full potential. Nowadays, videos play an important part in audience engagement and brand visibility. The channel had low engagement levels.

For example, the heading “Features of ResearchProspect” was changed to “Score A+ With ResearchProspect” to match more with the user.

We performed a comprehensive content audit, which revealed there were issues with keyword cannibalisation. To resolve this, we merged or redirected overlapping pages.
For instance, there were two pages: accounting essay help and accounting assignment help. Both had the same intent and somewhat similar keywords. The assignment keyword had more value, so we made it the main page, with the amalgamation of essay keywords in it. The accounting essay help was redirected to the assignment page.

We optimised the internal linking of the website to create a logical content hierarchy. This led to an improvement in search engine crawlability and user experience. Additionally, we helped them redesign page layouts, which ensured that key information was accessible and visually engaging. The website experienced a low bounce rate after this.
