AAG Foods
Client Overview
AAG Foods is the leading halal food importer in Japan, bringing the best products from the migrant’s countries to them. It has been providing the best taste of the Muslim’s favourite products to the people living in Japan since 1998.
They offer Halal meat, spices, lentils, rice and wheat, frozen products, flatbread, tea, biscuit & rusk, noodles, beverages, pickles & oil, sauces & chutneys, dry fruits & dates, retort curry, sweets like mithai, kheer mix powder, and so on, you name it they have it.
Everything is imported from Halal food-selling countries like Pakistan, India, Turkiye, Indonesia, etc., to satisfy people’s taste buds by handing them the best products from their countries. They want to go digital from being only conventional seller and are confused about what kind of website they need to market their products across Japan to push the boundaries from specific cities.
To build their digital presence and conquer the online world, AAG Foods partnered with Delivix to get their digital identity, from website development to design and digital marketing services. It took 6 months for us to build everything from scratch and make them the top-rated company among their competitors in the food services industry.

The challenge – Build a digital identity for AAG foods to drive brand recognition and sales
Despite being in the food services industry since 1998, AAG Foods has failed to make significant sales due to being a conventional store that runs through the marketing technique of word of mouth and has limited visibility to the migrants who are consumers of Halal food items.
First of all, we identified the gap of not having an online presence, which is a must to spread your business globally in the digital world. To multiply their reach to the potential customers living across Japan, a website that is secure has an SSL certificate installed to make the purchase of the customers safe.
Having a mere online platform is not enough to attract users to reach the website and make the purchase of their favourite products like spices or pickles to enjoy the taste of their country dishes while being miles away from their native land.
So, the next challenge that we have identified after consulting with the business development team of AAG Foods is the necessity of a well-designed website meeting the engaging UI/UX standards.
It has been said that the more easy to navigate and user-attractive your platform will be, the more sales you will make because users don’t want to play hide and seek with the website to find order form and get their things delivered to their doorstep.
Having a bugs-free, completely functional website makes up 75% of the process, but the last phase revolves around bringing customers who are more likely to spend on your website without spending a lot of bucks on ineffective digital marketing. Campaigns.
That’s why running a customer awareness campaign to let the relevant users know about the place that can solve their food-related problems and then a full-fledged digital marketing campaign to attract qualified leads that can be turned into sales and increase the overall revenue of the business.
So, the last challenge after building an intuitive platform was to run a winning marketing campaign that could bring sales and build a recurring customer base for the brand.
